(Concurrent) Fly In From Edge Action v1.0 for Macromedia'a Dreamweaver ========================================= About ===== This action can make a objects fly in from any side of the screen to its would-be original position on the screen. Multiple objects may be in motion at the same time. This action is designed to allow graceful degradation of Dynamic HTML animation. If layers are not supported by the browser then the objects will appear in their normal position. If DHTML is supported then the objects will fly in according to the settings of the action. DIV and SPAN tags are currently supported by this action. Due to LAYER and ILAYER tags not being supported in Internet Explorer 4 they most likely cause errors in Netscape if they exist on a page where this action is used. If you think that these tags should be support contact me at the address below and I will see what I can do. Installation ============ Place the action file (Fly In From Edge.htm) in the Configuration/Behaviors/Actions folder of your Dreamweaver installation directory to replace the file of the same name that is already there. Note, if you did not download the action file as part of the ZIP archive you will have to rename it to its original name (Fly In From Edge.htm) from flyinfromedge.htm. Use === The action dialog will display a list of the available layers which this action will support. A valid layer is one which is named AND has the STYLE="position:relative" attribute set. Other styles may also be included. Note: Nested layers as seen by Netscape 4 are not yet supported by this action but will be supported in the near future.
